Really Fab Cards will endeavour to dispatch the goods on the same day of receipt of a paid order.
All goods for UK delivery will be dispatched in suitable packaging and sent using Royal Mail.
All goods will be dispatched to the delivery address on the order.
International orders are dispatched Airmail.
Payment methods accepted are: all major credit cards, American Express and PayPal.
All payments are processed by HSBC on their secure server so your payment details are safe.
We will send you a confirmation of your order by email.
So many of our cards are bought as gifts that we now offer personalised gift vouchers.
They are sold in multiples of £5 and can be used by the purchaser or the recipient.
They are valid for 12 months and are fully flexible in that they can be used when ordering
over the phone, by post or online.
If you would like us to write a message and send direct to the recipient,
then do let us now in the notes section when you check out, or else we will just send direct to you.
We are sure that you will be delighted with the cards you order but in the unlikely event that you are not, we are happy to exchange any item of your order.
Please return the item for exchange within 14 days of receipt.
Please return your purchases to us in the original condition that you received it from us.
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded
Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items which fail to reach us. Goods are
returned to Really Fab Cards at your own expense however we will send your exchange back
out to you at no extra charge.
You will receive your exchanged order (when in stock) within 5 working days of us receiving the goods.
We sell alot of cards so inevitably we will be out of stock of some, some of the time.
We always endeavour to state when we are due the delivery of an out of stock card if we know the date.
When cards are ordered out of stock, we will only send out the order when all the cards are able
to be posted at once.

We wall send you an email from time to time about new ranges and special discount offers but
do let us know if you do not want to receive them. However, be assured we won't pass your email
address to any third parties.
Title to any goods supplied to customer by Really Fab Cards shall remain the property of Really Fab Cards until paid for in full.
In these definitions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
"The Customer" shall mean the party whose name and address are supplied at the time of the order.

for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or
in any other way. Really Fab Cards cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with
any specific instructions.
